I found myself in a similar situation regarding the issuance of a mortgage. I also read reviews on the bank.ru website. The situation is just the same! There are practically no good reviews for this bank dom.rf. What kind of buyer will wait a month in our time, apartments are sold with difficulty. You can't get through to the boss. That's for sure, I agree with the author. What a nightmare. The client is not appreciated here.

The DOM.rf Bank is just a mess. The next day, after the complete early closure of the mortgage, they offered to come for a certificate. As a result, the certificate is not ready, it turns out that more money needs to be paid. The mortgage was in Moscow, they said to wait a month .... Judge for yourself.
