Terrible place !!! We waited in line for about an hour !!! The girls who are supposed to consult show a complete lack of understanding of the essence of the issues that need to be resolved !!!! Arriving for the second time, they witnessed how they were accepted without queuing and without coupons, they realized from the conversation that this was a friend of one of the workers! If there is such a mess in this bank at the very initial stage, then what happens next is even scary to imagine! I am happy that I am not a customer of this terrible bank.

The queue is awfully huge, clients are served for 2 hours at a time, the manager is not there !!!
