We saw this interesting place when we were rafting along the river. She-bear kayaking. Before that, they did not know anything about this place. By the broken glass, they realized that there were no residents in the houses, it became interesting to visit the abandoned houses. Before they had time to stick, they noticed that the houses were not made of timber, but of ordinary slabs, so much so that hefty cracks were visible (it immediately reminded the film of Viking). Entering the village, the feeling of strangeness only intensified. On the one hand, there are beautiful carved gates, and on the other, a strange layout inside the buildings - rickety dais to the windows and a balcony, no rooms. And when they saw a well, inside which there was not even a pit, it became finally clear that this was the scenery for some kind of film. Returning home I read that this is the scenery for the film (television series) "Two winters and three summers", filmed based on the tetralogy of Fyodor Abramov. I have not read the works of this writer before, the series also passed by. I started watching the series, I really like it! Finished the series, I recommend!

The cool thing is that there are practically no people. And for free. And very textured and colorful. Of the minuses: the road is murderous, scenery without care is destroyed.
