Then they wrote that they apologized and the mechanic was reprimanded, but that doesn't make it any easier for me. After a long correspondence, otmazyvayas on duty phrases offered me to come to them to repair the wire, but I do not need wire repair (wrapped with electrical tape and sent out), 4 centimeters of the wire is damaged, and I was already near Rostov. Before your intervention, the wire was as good as new.
