Polyclinic, City Clinical Hospital № 5

I was in the gynecology ambulance. Excellent light and even cozy rooms, comfortable beds with a lifting headboard. Each room has a sink. It was a pleasant surprise for me that each bed had a new socket! It turned out to calmly charge the phone and laptop. They even cook well in the dining room. I could not eat breakfast like porridge-paste, and everything else is quite edible. I saw a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen, but this is a healthy old building, it would be strange if there were none. And everywhere there are cockroach traps. The staff are great. For all the time I met only two extremely unpleasant characters: a male uzist doctor and one guard nurse. They only know how to speak in a raised voice and with the look as if you want something from them for two hours. All the rest are just great. Compared to childhood memories of hospitals, heaven and earth. Very happy.

Was in the hospital after a head injury in neurosurgery. The department is new, spacious enough and clean. I would like to say a big thank you to all the doctors for the help provided, as well as to the nurses Elena and Olga. I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff of the food block: borscht and mashed potatoes with a cutlet are simply beyond praise! Of the minuses, I can note the ignorant communication with patients on the part of some employees, sometimes a monotonous menu for breakfast and dinner (those cereals that remained from breakfast were then handed out in the evening), the impossibility of sometimes getting enough sleep and rest because of violent patients, as well as one female toilet the entire department, which was quite often busy for half an hour, respectively, after such visits it was simply impossible to enter it!

They are very competent, qualified doctors, but in terms of everyday life, this is just a nightmare, probably the city administration needs to pay more attention to city hospitals, and not invest all the money in the regional hospital

The unskilled and unethical behavior of the staff and the aggressive behavior leave me no hope of returning. And I didn't go to the dining room.

I was in cardiology twice a year. I will say this. I am satisfied. Impressions are spoiled only by other patients, capricious, neglected children.
