We took an advance payment, about% 70, wait. I'm waiting for the fourth week, there is a hole in the door, and it leads to the living quarters, I call, but I don't get an intelligible answer. The castle seems to have been shipped from the factory, but its further fate is unknown, t . to the complete set of the car with orders, he did not get. When the next car will be unknown, and it is not a fact that my order will be in this car. Honestly, from China, I probably would have come faster. Who is responsible for this? I would like to express my gratitude and, of course, leave a very positive review about TMK. After changing the apartment, the question of repair naturally arose, colleagues at work (and there are a lot of them - I work at the Hexa enterprise) advised different companies, but the most tempting offer stopped me when I read another customer's review of an attractive discount in Overheard Toropets on the ceiling and on the chandelier, and the deadline is a week at TMK, this outweighed my choice. I made a contract in the office - the shopping center "Continent" are very nice girls, they told everything on the shelves, a pleasant atmosphere in the office, and had a heart-to-heart talk. Indeed, five days later I received a call and agreed on the time of installation of the ceiling, the boys, the installers, are nice, polite guys (they did everything quickly, cleanly). During the month, the office manager called several times and asked if everything was in order and the representative from Tver called and asked Did I like everything.
