Disgusting attitude towards hotel customers! Not only do they cheat on payment, in the morning, to say a completely different amount, but if you dispute this point, then you are insulted with dirty words and added to the black list! They are also in a hurry to leave, they paid for a day, 5 hours in advance before departure, every 5 minutes they ask when we will leave! In my entire life, I have never met such Minsk and disgusting attitude towards people who bring you money! Disgusting staff! I liked it, I lived for 2 days, I have everything you need, a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, good staff, if I have the opportunity to come back to Udomlya I will stay at this hotel. I recommend to everyone!!!
