It all started with an appointment: the administrator could not sign me up, something did not work for her there and promised to call back, by the way, I waited for the call until late in the evening, then after the visit I could not pay with the card, they again have something- that didn't work. There is practically no place to wait for your reception, a very narrow corridor where there is a small bench for 4 seats and that's all. There is a terrible heat in the room, during the coronavirus period, sitting in a small stuffy room where there are so many people and the distance is not kept, you know, you don't really want to. At the entrance, there is an announcement that you need to enter with a mask, but visitors do not respect this, but the administrator does not seem to care. There is also nowhere to undress, there is a hanger on which a couple of hangers to hang a jacket, and the jackets are freely available, come and take out whatever you want from your pockets. When I arrived there were no free hangers, as they say, place your jacket as you like. The administrator claims that you need to put on shoe covers, but there are no shoe covers! Apparently you need to bring your own. The offices were also not equipped, I was at the reception, the entire examination was carried out on a chair near the doctor's table. The doctors may be good, but the clinic itself certainly does not inspire confidence.

The horror that I saw when I got there. Do not read especially sensitive. I am writing this review so that the management will pay attention and learn how to organize health care and basic things in their institution. Starting at the reception. The administrator is like a squirrel in a wheel and sticks an earpiece in his ears and speaks on the phone and writes something and types in the computer. Delegate her work to someone else, or take another person, so to be diffused, the quality of services suffers. The people will not turn to you. I laid out all the patient records right on the top of the table, where everyone can see your personal data. Doctors who come, I understand. 🤯 They laid bare butt on this couch, it is not known whether it was processed. Well, I think okay. But what happened next was HORROR. Further ... we were in the office opposite the entrance door, which, as you enter, on your left. They began to look at the prostate gland: there were no lubricants, like petroleum jelly, or something else was not there to get in the right place. I asked the specialist to take liquid soap from the toilet. Everything stung until the evening burned there, I went to the toilet with liquid stools after examination. The doctor didn’t close the door, asked to undress, I’m lying down, the administrator comes in and brings soap, I was without panties, plus I just see the front door, people are walking there. Okay, even with soap. And then we can say there was some kind of violence. Is it possible at all. I do not advise you to go there until such moments are settled.

I was pleased with my visit to the clinic. Convenient location, pleasant atmosphere, friendly administrator who answered all your questions, competent doctors. The doctor is cheerful, sociable, but at the same time, he knows his business. I found the problem and helped to solve it, and this is the most important thing. Excellent clinic and very cool orthopedic doctors. Nobody wanted to take my mother to operate due to concomitant diseases. Only at the iMedcentre clinic she underwent surgery on her arm and legs! Now mom will know the joy of pain-free movement again! Thank you so much!
