but I liked this store !! we came to see the kitchen table, only there they found a suitable one, on 07/06/2020 they paid for it in the store (it was available at the warehouse), and already on 09/06/2020 they delivered it to us in the evening, raised it by 2 floors and collected it ) we’ll order chairs there as well; because for the next purchase they gave a gift certificate in the amount of 1600 rubles.

The story of one of my order ... So! I had a couple of options where to order a bed, a model in another store I saw with my own eyes, but it was impossible to pay by card and I chose this store, apparently was delirious! My suspicions about their competence began after I was incorrectly told where the store is located physically, namely the floor where I need to pay, as I ordered via the Internet. Of course, getting through to their employees is simply unrealistic, when they hear the word Internet - they immediately transfer the call and the call is dropped there, in general, I had to look for it myself. The store itself did not have the cashier who the sellers were looking for. Arriving at the place, the cashier was talking, as if in her life all the problems had happened because of me, politeness did not smell at all! Given the human factor, I did not take this into account. Paid the order, had to come in 3 weeks! This is a gift to the child whom he was waiting for! Then it became even more interesting, 3 weeks passed, no order, no call, I had to write and find out where my property belongs! I was told that the bed was taken to Tver and it turned out that during transportation they broke the ACCESSORIES, namely the METAL CORNER, do you imagine what it is to break a metal corner? Even then, I reacted quite calmly for this situation .... the delay was 1.5 weeks ........ Delivery arrived not from 15:00 to 20:00, but at 14 hours, thank God we were already at home ... The delivery men demanded money from me for the delivery, which was paid, however, since there is no separate delivery item on the check, but only the total amount, they hinted to me that I was lying. It's good that I save the letters in the mail and found an account where the delivery was delivered separately, and the total amount coincides with the check! After at last they seemed to believe me, but they didn’t even apologize, the delivery men left. And what did we find? That's right, there is no reason ... Why do not the managers of mx clarify this insignificant moment for them when placing an order ??? This is the first time I am buying a bed, for me the bed is all but the mattress, but it turned out that I still need to order something and wait, I can’t even imagine how long the foundation is ????? The fate of the goods is completely uncertain. One day, they categorically refused to talk to us and pick up the phone. Another reported (after missing all sorts of deadlines during which they were supposed to deliver the goods) that the goods were in stock. In the third, it turned out that the thing is still in the car and it is not in stock. If you do not want to deal with disrespect for customers, expressed in the form of delay, the uncertainty of the fate of the goods and “perhaps at the end of next week (and this is after the red line of the delivery time), then this organization is not for you.
