I would like to express my deep gratitude and respect to the coach Natalia Loginova from For Friends! A wonderful coach, demanding, attentive, professional! Initially, I came to Natalia's personal training in order to lose weight. We did it 2 times a week. Natalia's approach is professional: we started with nutrition. Natalya drew up an individual nutrition program for me (what to eat and how many times a day) and as she trained, Natalya monitored and commented on my nutrition (asked what I eat and what should be removed, and what to add or what to replace)! A good training program: each workout with Natalya is thought out, the classes are interesting and within their power (not exhausting to zero). The load is given in accordance with physical fitness and health. I liked the fact that Natalya told everything in detail, closely followed the technique of execution. Thanks to an individually selected (effective) training program and individually scheduled proper nutrition, the desired results appeared very quickly. We have been doing it for only a month - the extra volumes have gone, now it's already minus 4 kg!
