An excellent hotel courtyard in the city center, the rooms are clean, comfortable, the staff seemed a bit unfriendly, they cleaned up after the claim on the second day, not although, the administration's wish, the staff does not know well the dates of check-in and check-out of guests!

The place is good, but in the attic suite, for example, the curtain on the ceiling window does not work, and it is problematic to sleep well. When asked, they promised to "look", but we go to bed unchanged, no one bothered.

The hotel may be a C grade, but we didn't think so from the very beginning, from the moment of booking. About 10 days ago we booked a suite. Today the administrator was very surprised that they had a reservation for today, although it was she who made it out by phone. When she did find it, it turned out that our room was not ready, there was no pressure of water in the shower and we were offered a standard without apologizing or embarrassed. I had to take it. There was no refrigerator in the room, (it is the same for everyone, like in a grill), no safe, no kettle. On the bathroom, a large sign said that there is a bath and toilet, again like in hospitals, cafes and other public places (completely inappropriate). In the bathroom, it was very difficult for us to hang all the towels on the 2 hooks on which the tiny hair dryer was wound. The shower stall is so low that it was not comfortable for me with a height of 170 cm, let alone the taller people. No towels provided. Tap water and shower water with a caustic scent and taste. Disposable slippers are the cheapest ones, practically shoe covers. There is no cafe where you can have a snack in the morning. The blanket on the bed is thin, summer, I froze under it. The soap does not wash at all. And now for the good. The decor is new, the room is clean. Everything
