The Vasilevo Museum is located 4 km from Torzhok (in the direction of St. Petersburg-Torzhok, M10 highway). At the exit from the highway, there is a signpost, then the country road is in good condition, there is a parking lot at the museum. "Vasilevo" is not as well-known and advertised as Novgorod "Vitoslavitsy" or "Kizhi", and therefore the museum greeted us with few visitors and a very symbolic entrance fee (adult entrance ticket - 100 rubles, there are benefits for students and pensioners), at the box office for an additional fee offer a guide map or booklet, we stopped at the map. The museum set is located in a picturesque place on the banks of the Tvertsa River; it includes 19 objects, most of which were transported from other places. The highlight of the exposition is the boulder, or as it was called - "Devil's" bridge, in which film lovers can recognize the bridge from the film adaptation of "Night Watch". It was not possible to enter buildings or churches, to look from the inside did not work, mainly on the doors there are rather large gratings - you can examine and take pictures. On the buildings there are signs with a QR code. The readdressing is set to one of the regional tourist sites with descriptions. Of the minuses - I had enough benches where you can relax, no one of course will prevent you from sitting on the embankment or staying on the steps, there was only one gazebo with benches, somewhere in the middle of the route, but on the river bank. It would also be nice to set up pointers with a map-map, but when the paths diverge in different directions, it's not clear where to go. Finally, the toilet, it seems to have been built, but has not yet been put into operation and another type of "toilet" is operating. Before the trip, I advise you to go for a meal or take a snack with you, neither on the territory nor nearby there are places to eat or shops. P.S. allowed to enter the territory with dogs

Very interesting. The tour is built using QR codes that can be downloaded and listened to using a special application. There is a lack of a tour guide who could be asked questions for more information. It is a pity not to get inside the houses to get acquainted with the utensils and everyday life. In general, the exposition is interesting. Particularly impressed by the boulder bridge!
