" After refusing to repair at excessively inflated prices, the representative of the SC reported that he was ready to agree on the prices at prices offered by other neighboring SC "VOLVO". The process of price negotiation was deliberately delayed until the payment for the work on the diagnosis of the automatic coupler was no longer possible. As a result, to coordinate the cost of work at reasonable prices SC refused. Without payment for the diagnostic work, the SC representatives refused to release the automatic coupler from their territory, and the refusal to pay cash was also followed. As a result, for almost 1 day the automatic coupler was idle due to unprofessional, dishonest actions of the SC. I do not recommend the use of the services of SC "Rumos-Comtrans", t. their actions (inaction) can only cause losses.
