I have no complaints against VTB Bank itself. But some employees who work in this place do not know their job well. I can’t withdraw a certain amount of money, I come to the Bank, explain the situation, blink my eyes, and can’t answer anything. The second employee immediately told everything and helped in this situation. For this reason alone, I can put 3 stars.

1. Long wait for service. Especially from 10 to 15 hours, many leave. 2. State duties and other payments are not accepted. 3. 2 ATMs accepting bills for the entire area.
