The apartment is clean, there is everything for living, nearby there are grocery stalls and shops. Public transport stop near the house. Nice quiet sleeping area, with easy access to any part of the city.

I rented an apartment when I moved to Kaliningrad for permanent residence in 2010. It was the first time in the city, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly attitude of the owner of this service Vitaly Guta and an excellent apartment in the city center, this made it possible for me and my family to feel at home in an unfamiliar city and to adapt more easily to the new environment. Since then, Kaliningrad has become our hometown for us, we built our house on a beautiful plot of land, and with Vitaly we became friends, I will always be grateful for a warm welcome once! With confidence I can recommend a daily rent from IP Gut, in addition to a good faith, honest pricing and quality service (clean linens and well-cleaned rooms), Vitaly, unlike most similar services, does not rent an apartment for intimate dates, or simply prostitution, under which daily hourly apartments are widely used and do not give up under dubious festivities, in other words drunkenness. I think that few people will like to sleep on a bed that was used the day before by people of easy virtue and wash in the bath after them or at a table where a person just recently slept with his face in a salad, unless you yourself do such things, however then you hit the wrong address :) I would like to finish with one sentence, which in my opinion reflects the work of IP Gut: A unique high-level service at affordable prices for decent people!

We arrived in Kaliningrad on December 31st and were accommodated at Gorky Street in a small cozy apartment. We are grateful for the warm welcome on holidays, comfort in the apartment, fast internet, informal approach to city guests. We highly recommend!
