Great hotel, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Almost in the center of the city. The room has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, TV, slippers, bathrobe, towels, a large wardrobe with a coat hanger. In general, everything is there for a comfortable stay! Recommend!

Excellent hotel near the main street - Leninsky Prospekt. The rooms are just huge for the money. The room all you need is there and it works, very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located - next to Lenin Avenue, but in a quiet location. Within walking distance of the island of Kant, Victory Square, a shopping center. The hotel occupies the 7.8 and 9 floors of the business center. We lived in a studio with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, electric stove, kettle, dishes, a good TV and air conditioning. The room has a toilet room with shower and all accessories, including bathrobes and slippers, good plumbing. The room is very spacious, there are rooms with a terrace, comfortable beds. Water of good quality. Works WI FI.

It is located in the city center, but in the courtyards, therefore peace and quiet. The room is huge: high ceilings, lots of space, large windows give a huge amount of light. The presence of a kitchen in the room is a huge plus. Heated floors in the bathroom, very nice to get out of the shower. Good plumbing. Towels and linen are changed frequently. Everything is cozy at home))))

Excellent hotel. Conveniently located, city center. Great service. Especially the hotel is convenient for living on business trips and for families.
