The hotel is very nice. Even nothing to complain about. It is very nice that there is such a place. The territory is very large, 2 beaches, a pier, a park, a forest, a field, a spring, a linden alley. There are many corners of unspoiled nature with places for gatherings. The food is good, varied and tasty. There is enough of everything. The building of the Tolstoy estate has been restored, the rooms are in a classic style. The staff are friendly. It is also well located, you can get to Ostashkov, the source of the Volga in 30-40 minutes. There are guided tours through the hotel. Of the shortcomings - weak animation attempts. And for the residents of St. Petersburg - a terrible road through Demyansk (but these are no longer questions for the hotel).

The hotel is good, the territory is large and very picturesque. There are several beaches with very beautiful views. The hotel territory is safe, there are no strangers. Recommended for families. There are daily entertainment programs, children's activities, and a playground with great swings. Flowers have been planted outside the hotel, all paths are clean, the grass is mown along them. The lake is also clean, there is no garbage not only on the territory of the hotel, but in general along the lake shore. But in summer, in hot weather, there are a lot of horseflies and mosquitoes. Convenient payment system: all services are entered into your "account", which is paid upon departure. You don't have to carry money with you, just a guest card! The road to the hotel is completely impassable! Take care of your harness. Part of the road from Torzhok to Novye Yeltsy with good coverage, part of the road is practically absent (as of July 2020). After turning from the highway to the hotel, it is extremely difficult to drive; there is also a huge speed bump on the road, which not every car can easily overcome. The hotel parking is not asphalted, partly covered with gravel and partly grassy. You can get stuck there if it rains. You can ask to leave your car at the Guest House. I especially liked the administrator Angelina, she was ready to solve any issue. She leaves at 20 o'clock, so if you want to have time to register and get to dinner, then come before 20! After that, a security guard remains at the reception who does not help to solve any problems. After our car got stuck in the parking lot, he invited three girls to push it out of the mud themselves. As a result, we pushed the car out, but help would be helpful. The rest of the staff are very friendly, but they lack competence. Rooms for 1 and 2 people are good, but triple rooms are completely unsuitable for a comfortable stay of three guests: there are two normal beds and one fold-out sofa, more like a couch. The rooms in the Guest House (Green Hills) are no worse than the rooms in the Homestead, only the ceilings are slightly lower and not all rooms have air conditioning. Everywhere they clean every day, change towels. There is not enough kettle, extra pillows, slippers. Three meals a day are included in the room price. The food resembles rather not a restaurant, but a canteen, but of very good quality. Mashed potatoes are especially good for chefs! At the same time, we advise you to come to the beginning of the meal, especially on weekends: all the most delicious ends quickly. But I would like a toaster for breakfast, brewed, not instant coffee and some other tea other than black. The historic building of the manor and its interiors will appeal to all lovers of antiquity! I am very glad that there is such a hotel in Russia, and I hope that it will become even better.

The hotel has very beautiful nature. Loved the hiking. There is absolutely everything for passive and active recreation. Hilly terrain will not allow you to gain extra pounds, because The buffet is very varied and incredibly tasty (traditional Russian cuisine). The room is decorated in a classic style, spacious.

A great place for a family vacation. There is an opportunity to fish on the lake or just ride a boat or catamaran. Everything is for rent. I liked the place very much. Silver Lake is located nearby. A must visit.
