When checking in, the room was confused. There is a layer of old dust under the beds. The water smells strongly of hydrogen sulfide. Virtually zero sound insulation. At the same time, a good cafe. Delicious and quite inexpensive. The staff are friendly. There is a large parking lot. Its access to the water. I think the hotel urgently needs to invest in a water purification system. And it will be possible to raise the price for the rooms. The water, as I understand it, is bad everywhere in Ostashkov. Clean water will be a big plus for the hotel.

A private hotel, like many. Don't expect a human relationship specifically in this one. If you book directly, the hotel does not pay a commission for third-party services (such as booking a booking), while the guest becomes a burden, since he sees rooms for 8-9 rubles during the season, and 1.5-2000 rubles in autumn, and it is not profitable for them to work ... They do not know how to use e-mail, they do not turn on the heating, although at night it is + 6-10 degrees. He answers calls with a shout, does not know how to adequately respond, hangs up his problems on the client.

One plus of this hotel is that there is a lake nearby. The rest are all disadvantages, they do not change bedding after visitors, they don’t trivially clean the room. And the dining room is generally awful, only two people one cooks the other carries. The food for breakfast was brought an hour later, and even the orders were always confused and referred to other people, so they also brought an omelet with hair ... On the last night on the 3rd floor there was a debauch, all night some female people sort things out, complained to the guard but he did nothing. In summer, pay 2,000 per day for a double room, for such a place it is very expensive, the maximum price is 800 rubles. Otherwise, you pay that kind of money and do nothing in the rooms. And also a free Wi-Fi, it seems to be there, but they pay for it. Its SIM card does not catch it, and it will not connect to the wafer.

Спёртый воздух, что такое пылесос видимо уже забыли. Из плюсов - адекватный персонал и вид из окна

We stayed one night, the room cost 1500 and breakfast was also included. The place is quiet. The room is not comfortable, everything is old, cramped. The heating was turned on only for the night. In principle, we did not expect more.
