Great guest house to stay! There is a sauna, boat and ved bike rental. The rooms are clean, they have everything you need, a kettle, a microwave oven, a TV, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, large towels, small and kitchen towels, there are enough dishes in the kitchen, there is sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, tea and cleaning products. The bathroom has liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel. In the yard there are barbecues, gazebos, tables, benches and a summer kitchen. Magnificent sunsets! Recommend!

A very cozy place, comfortable studio room, we come here for the second time and I am sure that we will come as often as possible. There is everything you need, even a separate exit to the city beach through a gate. Very pleasant owners, the service is not so imposing that you feel at home. On the territory there is free parking, a bathhouse, gazebos, tables, a trampoline and a playground for children. The most gorgeous view of the lake, the possibility of renting a boat and a boat. The only drawback, which for someone may be (but not for us) is the lack of free cleaning in the rooms at the time of stay, but all the inventory is there and you can keep order yourself, or a 500r service. In general, out of 5 - 5!

Wonderful place. Have been several times. If you want to get away from the daily bustle, then here. As they say, quiet and smooth, and God's grace .... Beautiful sunsets, boat trips on the lake, barbecue. You can go to the Nilova deserts or to the source of the Volga. We lived in a bungalow, it has literally everything that is needed. The territory is also well-groomed, with barbecue facilities, swings, a playground. Recommend

Very cozy place !!! We had a rest with a big company from Volgograd, upon arrival everyone was placed in comfortable rooms, where there is everything and even more. On the territory there is a cool bath with access to the water, gazebos and barbecue facilities. Thank you very much for the excellent service and warm communication. I recommend to everyone.

A wonderful place with a picturesque view and a hospitable host. Cozy and warm rooms and detached cottages. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a good quality kitchen.
