It's a lovely place, and you have a lot of fun. It is very quiet and attractive, I liked the place.

Large beautiful rooms with large beds. There is a rental of sports equipment and bicycles. Well-groomed area with a wonderful view of the lake and an equipped pier. There is a small playground. Very tasty food. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is convenient to walk to the Nilova desert.

The hotel is located very close to the Nilovaya Pustyn (monastery). Well-groomed area. There is a pier, a small beach, sun loungers on the pier. There are covered verandas with outdoor picnic tables. There is a good playground and a sauna. Rooms are normal, comfortable one and a half beds. There is a cooler on the floor. Secure parking is free. One drawback - in the "comfort" room we did not have a single socket in the bathroom, and only two sockets in the room, deeply hidden behind the TV cabinet and behind the refrigerator.

The hotel is very nice, clean. But food does not justify its cash costs.

Dirty rooms. It seems that the shower and toilet have never been washed. The plumbing is old and all rusty, or heavy rust from water. It is necessary to wash well with products after each guest. Other rooms may be nice, clean, but we got 202 with a dirty bathroom. There are few outlets and they are also loose.
