I would like to dwell separately on the registrar or what position of a specialist who receives calls and prepares primary documents. I do not know who hired her or she is a relative of the owner, there is a wife, a mistress for me, but in my understanding it is NECESSARY to hold a conversation with this employee. It feels like this specialist used to work in a Soviet public catering or somewhere else where it was possible to consider everyone who comes to the institution as a person unworthy :))) and talk like ....... I think that the person who meets the first visitors (clients) clinics, if she values ​​her reputation, should be more human and, when communicating, be able to listen to what they say, explain in cases of misunderstanding or a question, and condescend to ordinary visitors who, among other things, bring their money to this institution. Or does this clinic treat only the bohemia of Tver? Although I would not say about the external decoration of the clinic. But I will say one thing personally, I visited this clinic under the RESO policy and since I have an alternative from other clinics, I hardly want to come here again. Although the seal was placed :)))
