We took the double room with the kitchen. So much space. The girl at the reception was super friendly and was always able to help us. The rooms are clean. Has a microwave!

I am writing about the cons right away. The parking lot is not designed for the full occupancy of the hotel, the administrator, a girl of about 20 years old, does not know what she should do, she just sells the rooms and blinks. In the evening upon arrival at the hotel, I did not find her at all, they called, called, zero ...... When I went up to the third floor, I turned a bottle of wine. I wanted to remove it all myself, but the administrator was nowhere to be found. I can't clean it all up with a towel or a bathrobe. After 15 minutes, she came, began to be rude and threatened with eviction. In short, rudeness in this hotel is their strong point. Bottom line, ruined evening and just one star per room. The room was the most expensive one with a balcony that you couldn't get out of, and the balcony looked directly at the fitness club, five meters from its window.

good location - everything is close by, just a stone's throw away. The room is clean, comfortable, everything works. Next time I will choose this place again.

Everything is new, clean and modern. Stylish interior design, very friendly administrators. There was no breakfast (although it was kind of included), they said that due to the pandemic ... next to a wonderful coffee house town with delicious breakfasts. And so everything is super, thanks!

Guest house in the city center, pedestrian access to the promenade and pedestrian Trekhsatskaya street. The guest house has its own private parking. The apartments are clean, newly renovated, fully furnished. I recommend for placement.
