Great guest house! Stylish design, modern! Fresh renovation. Located in the very center of the city, opposite the large shopping center Rubin, next to the bus stop. You can drink coffee, tea on the ground floor, eat. Beauty salon on the ground floor. Price-quality-super !!!

Overall I recommend. I travel a lot and have something to compare. But there are details that you need to know about in order to make a conscious decision) + Impeccably clean, comfortable, modern interior. Nice and tasteful. No unpleasant odors. All new. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Convenient and simple shower. I am writing about this because in some hotels dealing with showers is a separate adventure. The hotel is located on one of the main streets, but at the back of the courtyards. The area is interesting - Proletarka, monuments of constructivism architecture. +/- (for information) We lived in a room with separate beds. The beds are single, not one and a half. Someone may feel cramped. It is better not to have breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast for add. the fee is poor. Coffee at any time, but instant coffee. Better to cross the road and have breakfast at the Rubin shopping center. There are many things for every taste and wallet. Walking distance to the historic center is far. - Lack of mosquito nets on the windows, mosquitoes. Very small sink.

We just needed to spend the night. There are all conditions here: a large comfortable bed, new clean linen, a bright large room. The shower and toilet are quite decent. Audibility, of course, is perfect, but from 22.00 to 8.30 no one walked or spoke in the corridor, so they had time to sleep.

We really enjoyed. My children and I stayed for one night, with a late arrival. They waited for us, greeted us very warmly, placed us, gave us tea. Breakfast was asked in advance. Everything is very cozy, pleasant and most importantly comfortable. You could put 10 points, you would. Recommend!

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Large double bed. Clean new linen. Very worthy.
