Of the advantages, only the location is close to Rybinsk. But there is no decent going into the water nearby. There is no beach or at least no footbridges, it is extremely inconvenient to go down to the water, every 10 meters there are tents with vacationers. At the recreation center itself, the cottages are pretty, but the owners do not work to maintain them in a more or less decent condition: furniture, plumbing, textiles - everything is killed, battered, torn and stained. It's dirty inside, in the boxes after the previous tenants there were candy wrappers, on the floor in the corners there was a cobweb, also from the previous tenants on the bedside table there was sticky gum (those pigs still lived, but the cleaning lady was clearly not overstrained). No additional services such as renting boats, fishing rods, bicycles, barbecues, etc. not provided, i.e. there is absolutely nothing to do. The cherry on the cake was our settling in a cottage with a broken TV (for some reason, the employee of the recreation center told us about this very happily). By the way, there is no Wi-fi network there, and the mobile Internet practically does not catch. Regardless of the goals, I do not recommend it.

We had a wonderful time with a big company, 12 people and we all fit in the same house. Service at the highest quality. They brought us both firewood and grill. There is a volleyball court. To the reservoir 50 meters. Not expensive house)) I will go again.
