This is absolutely the worst, the most unpleasant trip we've ever had in our life. We will NOT recommend to anyone, unless you want your trip becomes a nightmare. Please don't believe good comments for this messy place. We 3 people reserved the cottage for so-called 8 people. That cottage is plain-- small, no toiletries, no towel, and NO LOCK, which means the rude administrators can enter and bother you anytime they want. One administrator, Sergey, came to question us twice in a very impolite way about the rental, even though we already paid all, which is 9400 rubles. The other young administrator, even worse, asked us to buy him vodka. Fine, not a big deal. After that, he kept coming to bother us. He even entered our cottage without our permission (we're in banya and almost naked) and scolded us for adding some firewood by ourselves-- because firewood is "money", "too hot is dangerous for health" (which is completely nonsense, because we've been to banya countless time, and we know what a good banya should look like). Finally we understood that he wanted to cheat us money as more as possible. Besides 2000 rubles for banya and 300 rubles for coal (that is reasonable), we paid him extra 200 rubles for BBQ and 500 rubles for firewood. Our impression here is only two greedy, rude, and drunken administrators, and the manager (or boss?) is unhelpful. We just left the cottage the next day at 7 a.m.. Nov. 11, 2019, 10:25p.m. The manager just replied with a bunch of lies. 1. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY KEYS when we checked in. You’re such a liar. If we can lock the door, how can the administrator got in when we were in banya. 2. Besides the fee for banya, coal, and oil, you didn’t mention that we also pay FOR FIREWOOD. 3. How can we call any of you if we know those at present were drunk freaks? 4. We will report you as tax evasion. No registration when we checked in, no receipt, only verbal harassment. This could not be a normal hostel. Even now, you are not sorry for our bad feelings. Let’s wait and see who’s right.

Horror! The audibility in the house, where the banquet hall is, is such that it is impossible to sleep! If you want to take a break from the road, it will definitely not work. We were "lucky", the wedding was going on. At one o'clock in the morning, at our request to turn down the volume, they said that they had paid until 12 the next day and they would rest! as much as they want. The administrator could not do anything about it. The room is stuffy in addition. Bottom line: next time we will choose a different place. The owner's response is also at a "high" level ...

An excellent and friendly welcome from the tactful and courteous staff. Beautiful well-groomed area, as well as the landscapes of Tver, opening from the windows of the rooms! Separate guest houses with all amenities. A great place to relax, be it a traveling companion or spending time on a business trip! I definitely recommend it. Nice bonus - reasonable prices!

I want to leave a review about the work of the Guest House Kryvtsovo at the address, Tver region, village Krivtsovo, 2a. The impression of a spoiled holiday based on the deception of the owners and an unprofessional attitude towards the client! It all started with the fact that we, a large family with three young children, were settled in a house where it smelled terribly of cat urine (!). At any attempts to explain this fact, the administration shrugged its shoulders, and said that they were generally very surprised, and they never had animals. Although the smell could knock anyone down. This lasted all three days that we lived there. In addition, the cat that happened to live in our house (!), The next morning ate the food on the table. Ants walked around the kitchen and dining room - in general, the unsanitary conditions are complete! We were worried about the safety of children, so that they did not get infected with any infection (!) The dishes were unwashed from previous guests! The TV hung two days out of three. The doors were fastened, noise at night, plywood partitions. It is difficult to rest. Near the street and other guests. It is cold at night, they also save on heating. Little things are not followed. On the street, the boards are not covered, children can get hurt. There is a swamp on the lawns. They don't take out the garbage, and they do the cleaning. No tea and coffee. But the price tag and ambition! In general - business in Russian. Rather, in a Tver way. For any attempts to discuss the problem, they make it clear to you that in fact everything is in order with them, you just do something wrong. At the same time, they hinted at additional payments several times. To top it all off, we were simply deceived in relation to the agreements that we talked several times with the alleged owner of this establishment, who introduced himself as Maxim ... In general, I am ashamed of the owners with a flawed view of business! And of course it's a pity for clients It seems that the owners are only interested in money. Well, we have a spoiled vacation. We will not come again for sure. Tver is good, but not here. Many places have been, but such an attitude for the first time.
