The former Sergievskaya almshouse is located on the corner of the block at the intersection with ul. Rybinsk. Installed in 1903-04. at the expense of the merchant merchant P.I. Sergeyeva in a specially constructed building on a site allotted in 1900 by the Bezhetsky City Council. An almshouse for 50 people (40 women and 10 men) bore the names of Fyodor Sergeyevich and Paraskovya Ivanovna Sergeyev.
