We flew to Italy. We were very fastidious customers and looked for a hotel for a very long time, the question was about the location, proximity to the center, to the sights, to the sea. The girls helped us a lot, they sent us many different options suitable in all respects. Visas were made just before departure and therefore received them on the day of departure, or rather, even a few hours before departure in Moscow. A girl on the eve of the evening (during non-working hours) called to ask how we were doing, reassured that everything should be fine and there should be no refusal.
