What do you think people should do with a two-month-old child in a car seat for 20 minutes? The child is nervous, but you naturally don't care about customers. We went to your clinic for the first time, also with the child, but we stuck in for 10 minutes at the entrance to fill out the paperwork, although in all clinics it is enough to fill out the first sheet and sign, and then the girls from the reception will fill in everything, but not at yours ... The client's time does not cost you anything at all, but the price tag for services is quite high. For that kind of money, to provide such a service is the bottom. Why do you need a reception if the employees sitting there are not able to call the client or fill out the papers?
