They don't value time and cleanliness. The receptionist is sitting chatting on the phone, instead of at least removing wool from the reception and from the sofas. I will not say anything about the smell and general "purity". There are no complaints about doctors, they are always received professionally and politely, despite the fact that they register several clients at one time (what is the general job of an administrator?)

The veterinar who examined the kitten took blood and consulted, but then went on vacation and could not complete the treatment. Although all treatment was in injections of antibiotics, which is not very useful for a 2 month old cat. We were taken to another clinic where the cause was ear mites, which this doctor could not determine. Conclusion, little experience

The best veterinary clinic! On September 29th, a big trouble happened in our family. Our puppy was hit by a car. They urgently took the baby to a clinic in Dubna, where we were already met. Doctor Polukarova Nadezhda did a miracle. She did not leave our pet for five hours, literally darning his little body and blood vessels. The whole shift worked in a well-coordinated tandem, literally saving the dog from death. The next day, Vadim Rybkin, a doctor, was summoned from vacation, who did a blood transfusion. And then the department in Dmitrov, orthopedist Evgeniy Danilov. We expected his verdict like a verdict. And let us have a long treatment and rehabilitation, but all the Doctors and their assistants, who were with us in difficult times and are now helping to get up on their feet, bow down to the ground. They "repaired" the cat in this "clinic" (in Dubna). Treated for urolithiasis. We left there 3k rubles., Not a month has passed, the same thing. And he just needed a cat. Just pulling money, there are superfluous, you are welcome!)
