Terrible service in Dubna. Their pictures on Instagram do not correspond to reality - the florists first take 100% of the prepayment, but cannot collect them, lie, deceive the client, and then admit that this photo is blown out / unreal and they do not have such flowers. And they push a broom from what is - when the deadlines are all overdue. Ugh.
