An ugly company, bought a ticket from V. Novgorod to Valdai. I accidentally got into the wrong bus at the bus station, my flight left, tried to return the money a couple of minutes after the bus left, was refused for unknown reasons :( ugly service and unreasonably high prices !!! I do not recommend this company !!!! !!
