Disgusting service !!! Three weeks ago I ordered only three chairs. The order is fully paid. The husband went to pick up the chairs a week after the manager’s call that the order was ready. The store was very surprised at his unexpected appearance and handed a do-it-yourself kit. I called the store, had a fight, because when placing an order, the price of chairs included the cost of gluing and assembly. Frankly, not a hundred rubles. I took the application for a refund. They promised to consider. We examined, called, invited to come and collect the money. A week later I arrived. Dreaming !!! Morning, Saturday, there are no buyers, but there is no money at the box office either. Among other things, returns and exchanges are only on weekdays. at a strictly defined time. And this is the fourth visit to the store. And it seems that this is not the limit. I have only one conclusion from this all - continue to bypass this store. If I spent a lot of time with such nonsense, then how much effort and nerves will be required if the problem arises with the purchase of something much more serious. With such employees and such a “service”, your last customers will soon disappear. May 24, 2014
