Church of St. Paraskeva

This year, for some reason, they closed the driveway past the church to the springs, where there is a large parking lot in front of them. You have to leave the car at the entrance to the fence.

Very interesting place. Church Paraskeva Friday. Located near the Mshensky Holy source and karst bottomless failure. Sign place. The result is that on the heel there are three sights, the church itself, a karst dip and a holy spring. I recommend to visit. Impressions weight.

The Valdai Upland is a very beautiful place and the Mshentsi is one of its places where I try to drop in while being in these parts. In winter, the snow-covered, dark, spruce pine forests fascinate with their contrast. Photo from the bridge over M 11, December 2019.

The weekend is very crowded. The parking is small and often the entrance is blocked in front of the church. The places are very beautiful.
