This is the oldest church in Tver. It is known that the Moscow merchant, Gavrila Andreevich Tushinsky, built it in 1564 at his own expense. The temple has an amazing name, very poetic. And what is even more surprising - the temple, even in Soviet times, remained active. A prayer place, I recommend.

Wonderful beautiful temple. But in the church shop a dark ignorant grandmother works. The hurrying woman left a commemorative note with the names, and ran out, forgetting to leave the coin. To which the grandmother put the note aside and after the woman gave a reply: "What do you have here for free or something!"
