All is good

The cottages have a minimal set of amenities, they are made rather handicraft, cheap linen, mattresses and furniture, there is only one combined bathroom for three bedrooms, and if there are more than three of you, then this is a problem. The appearance of the houses and the territory are good, all neatly convenient parking for cars, a gorgeous marina, the general impression is spoiled by a long-term construction in the middle of all this beauty.

They didn’t read the reviews and were shocked by the service, the territory, the location near the highway. With children, there is no reason to go inappropriately. The house has a very dangerous staircase, they put 2 sets of towels in the house into 3 bedrooms, in the bathroom there was a floor of a roll of toilet paper. They didn’t bring anything on the call, they said to come by themselves. The territory is not green, in front of the houses "lack" and a boat station. The noise of the track, asphalt around. When leaving, we were forced to wait half an hour while checking the house, then we told my husband to return and move the bed away from the wall, which had been moved so that the child would not fall. It seems that we did not rest for money, but came to serve the local service staff and did a poor job!) A terribly unpleasant place!

Entrance to the territory is paid (parking outside the territory). Guests staying on site are subject to a charge. You may not be allowed to leave the territory by car (!!!) if you have not rented the house - even if there are still guests. Service below the baseboard. Even skewers of 50 rubles each (although the booking says that barbecue is free). The stove did not work in our house. The stairs to the second floor and the railing were all killed without exception so that it was just scary to walk. The local craftsmen repaired the stairs simply by substituting an ordinary unprocessed board under it. With children it is better to be there accurately. There is no Wi-Fi either, although it was promised at the time of booking. I recommend only if you need to sleep one night or if there are no free places nearby.

Only air on site is free! The rest is all paid. The attitude of the staff is terrible. First time I met an administrator of this level😂. It seems like you are resting for your money, but after talking with her it feels like she paid for everything and you are resting .. I do not recommend it.
