Great hotel, conveniently located, unusual design, everything is done very high quality! Beautiful, stylish and spacious rooms. It's clean everywhere. The only thing that needs to be improved is the palatability of the food and drinks (breakfast, especially coffee, was disappointing).

We treated the room as our home: we arranged flowers, bought our own suitable linen, dryers and so on. On departure, I clarified whether there would be cleaning before our departure. To which Marina Platoshina, the administrator, announced that she would withhold 1.500 from the bail (This is not the 500 that everyone is talking about now. It is not clear what was the reason for setting the price.) Or there was an option to withhold 3.000 from the bail for full cleaning. I turned to UB. She explained the situation: "why are we biting in - we get out and call in - cleaning again (this has never happened before with rented apartments. Although we have always rented in the center and dealt with decent people. Nobody ever complained about us.) So, YUB told me that he personally knew our family and considered us good settlers, supposedly he would take care of the cleaning costs, because it would be right. And then Marina P. , the administrator, who did not even prepare a deposit before our departure for a refund (at first announced that there was no cash), suddenly there was cash and doubts about withholding 1.500 or 3.000 from the bail disappeared. and Marina P. is still gone. And we have everything is clear in time: an agreement with a warehouse, check-in at the hotel and bring suitcases to a friend on the other side of the city. It would be physically impossible to get out in time. I didn't worry, I thought that the administrator registration, as promised, took responsibility for cleaning, because there will be new tenants. But as I now know, all this is empty ringing. And in this castle it is easier to slander the tenants and demand from them something that was not even agreed upon initially. I will definitely write a review. Besides this case, I have many other complaints. MALFUNCTIONS Everyone is different. We settled in the town. They didn't do it for us: not all the lights were on, there were no warm burns for a long time (there is a fireplace, thanks), the TV did not work, the Internet was lost. But after daily requests - everything was fixed in three days - that's good, I think. Only here the Internet still saw off periodically. And the work is remote .. There was often no water. More often, there was dirty water. Straight rust colored and smelled like metal. Acne has gone on the skin. There was no such thing before. There are a lot of ticks! Drive to the nearest store 3 km. There was no car. A taxi costs 1,000 minimum. Friends-neighbors who have cars gave a lift. The bathhouse costs 2.000 per hour. And when I wanted to make a holiday there they asked me for a 20,000 deposit. No one goes to it) the fantastic pool was free, but soon he got a price tag too .. what to say about it, if once there were bananas at the reception, one of the children ate and then looked for a child to get money out of him for some then two fruits. A bunch of fines from scratch. Use a barely working vacuum cleaner - 300 rubles. A pot of water - 700 rubles + a pump for water 500 rubles (the market price of all this is 300 rubles maximum.) There are fines for dogs, and the administrator's dog walks freely. Prices for two cheesecakes - 400 rubles. Even in the center of Moscow there are no such food prices. Not even one star can be put.
