Terrible service Elegy, LLC NIKA! We ordered a hallway on 09/14/20, but received it only on 10/22/2020. When buying and paying for the goods, we were promised a period of 2 weeks. Then, when calling by phone, they spoke from 2 to 3 weeks. Well, in the end, a month and a half. We received a wardrobe without fronts, not the one that was presented in the store itself. When contacting the store, they began to say that the color we ordered comes without these frills. We say let the factory make and bring them to us, but of course, the factory does not make them. On a light color, so that you understand - it does, but the same on a dark color - no. Amazing, isn't it? Residents of Tver, this store should be at the very bottom of the list, do not contact there. They can't solve anything. And the director who placed the order for us did not say anything about the facades of the cabinet, as soon as it came to clarification, he allegedly on the sick leave and they did not give a phone. In general, a terrible company !!!!!!!

A fairly large furniture store is a department in Tandem. The budget level of furniture corresponds to its quality - just below the average. We bought a quite comfortable sofa for a rented apartment and a small wardrobe there too.
