Good evening!!! I would like to leave feedback about the work of the company Sakura. Today we made an order for three Udon and a set of Hasamaki at 20:20 minutes. We arrived to pick up from the sunbathing 20:55 as the operator said that the order was ready for 35 minutes. As a result, the order was taken away only at 21:20 the girl and child had to sit in a cafe and wait another 25 minutes. And that's not all. On arrival home, it turned out that only 2 sauces and three persons are not very aesthetically dazzling everyone in one sauce, according to the rules of sushi restaurants for each client there should be a set of chopsticks. Individual sauce and wasabi. I believe that in this situation, at least the staff of the institution could make a discount or a compliment but alas !!! Probably the prestige of the institution and the respect of customers is not in the first place in the development priority and concept of the institution. It is a great pity, but after all that has been said, I will no longer use the services of this establishment.
