A very good fitness club !!! I was in it on a guest visit, a large area of ​​about 500 sq.m., there are all the necessary fitness equipment for all muscle groups. There is also a cool cardio room where you can train and watch movies on the big screen, I haven’t seen such a thing in any of Zelenograd’s rooms. I liked everything very much. I bought an annual card.

The hall is excellent! I can recommend just killer crossfit daily training with Evgeny Verbitsky (on weekdays daily at 9 or 21 pm). This is not a piece of iron for you to drag in the hall, try to leave at least a week without a break.
