Was at an appointment with A. Kryuchkova today. During treatment, Kryuchkova talked loudly with a nurse on abstract topics right above my ear, which was very depressing due to toothache. After a request written in text on the phone “Sorry, you can’t discuss work problems? Thanks for understanding,” the doctor spoke for some time only on the case, and then freaked out and put a temporary seal. To my attempts to figure out why my innocuous request hurt her so much, she first answered - "I have the right to complete the treatment without explaining the reasons." Then I heard a wonderful story about us, the patients lying here in an armchair, and she was standing. The fact that this is her work (which she herself chose), that we clients pay for this, Kryuchkova apparently forgot. Ethics, professionalism ??? Personal boundaries ??? Kryuchkova took me as a hostess with the words "this is my house - my rules." Okay, at least they didn’t take the money for this hour of listening to a doctor and a nurse about some Olga. The atmosphere in the room itself, as in a cheap beauty salon. If not for the "treatment under the microscope", I would not go further than the reception. If you, going to a paid clinic, are counting on the proper service and appropriate relationship, then the Kind Doctor clinic is not for you. I’m more than a foot into this clinic, which I advise you.

The name of the clinic is fully true. The doctor is very kind. The complex removal of the lower wisdom tooth is very clever. And as a result, 3 thousand cheaper.
