The Lakomoff company, unfortunately, ruined the gift for the new year. My young man, for a long time I wanted a Snickers cake, and for the new 2018 year, I decided to congratulate him and order such a cake. I think no one will have questions about what a Snickers cake is, because everyone is familiar with the chocolate of the same name that can be bought at every corner. I made the order in advance, at first I talked on the phone, they rated the cake at 2200 rubles, in the end I paid (for what reason?) 3500 rubles. It was already December 30th and it was problematic to refuse the order, where would I find a new cake on December 30th? But it would be better if she refused. Firstly, the price from 2200 rubles, previously agreed, became 3500 rubles. Secondly, the cake is ordinary from cakes, with a couple of nuts, and this is your Snickers? I think to come to this confectionery and present this unfortunate sneaker, otherwise the employees apparently don’t know what it is. Thirdly, the mastic of which the cake was decorated had a huge thickness, probably 1 cm across the cake, and a very massive decoration, it is impossible to eat this mastic .. fourthly, the cake itself was not at all tasty. Unfortunately, the gift did not go wrong and was spoiled, and the cake was sent to the trash because it was very tasty. Personally, I will never again use the services of this company and do not recommend using the services of others.
