On August 17, 2020, I received a notification about a certified letter, the notification said that "the letter was accepted by them on August 7" !! It was also written that they work from 12:00 to 16:00 !!! For a second, I'm a mom on maternity leave, and EVERY DAY IS HOME !!!! The notification was thrown into the mailbox, they didn't even bother to go up to the 5th floor to hand over the letter !!! The first time we went to pick up the next day, they called there, they told us that "yes, we are working, come", BUT at 15:30 they were not there !!!! A handwritten power of attorney was written for her husband. But they refused to give him the letter !!!! And when asked why they didn't get the letter right away, the answer was that no one was at home !!! But I'm at home EVERY DAY !!! Just awful courier service !!!!!!

This is not a company, but a misunderstanding generated by some hidden ties. Who generally admits them to the delivery of correspondence is unclear. Insolently, in the hands of the client, they are given notices that they did not find him at home and demand that they come to their office at Tchaikovsky !!! In the worst traditions of the Post !! Well done !!! Not once. Not two. This is on an ongoing basis. Dear customers of their services! You must clearly and clearly understand that money is simply being cut off from you and, paying this "company" for work, this absolutely does not guarantee delivery of letters to customers: they do not carry it out !!! They are waiting for the client to come for a letter ....

The only private company in Tver that delivers mail (simple and registered letters) as Russian Post and cheaper than Russian Post. If you need daily delivery to any addressee in Tver, I recommend it.
