This place does not even deserve one star, they put two teenagers and the queue in three doubled they work very slowly yell at each other, the program constantly freezes, it's just awful !!!! Before that, adult women worked, so they quickly served.

The postman leaves receipts, letters, etc. at the window in the entrance instead of throwing them into mailboxes that are in good working order, which have apartment numbers. Anyone can take your personal letters from the windowsill in the entrance + in a pandemic, when there may be sick tenants, this is simply unacceptable

A very good office, the staff are polite, always try to serve quickly and never leave if there is a queue (this is a response to the comment about the fact that smokers are standing) I send letters to this department once or twice a week for sure, I am grateful to the staff for the service :)

Typical Russian mail, queues, 40 minutes each, then the program does not work, then the change ends, then lunch, then the second window does not work. But inside is clean, apparently a cleaning lady, the only one who does her job honestly.

A terrible department! Always waiting in line! To stand in line for 30-40 minutes to find out that by mistake the parcel is in another compartment. Work slowly! They lost the parcel, do not know where it is! How to go there, just spoil the mood! Then somehow I go, but the operators are smoking in the yard, and the people are standing in line.
