The best department! Everything is always polite, always clean, rarely accumulates all. I would order a screensaver here, even if I lived on the other side of the city (but it’s impossible ☹️). BEST!

Polite staff. Even if the line is 10-12 people, the maximum that I spend on hold is 40 minutes. And it is very pleasing. By registration, I do not belong to this department. But for the speed, proximity, quality of service, I go here with pleasure! Next time, I will bring the girls chocolate in gratitude))

Large lines for paying a communal apartment, you go for a parcel, which you receive a maximum of a minute, and you wait 30-40 minutes
