The head of the department can neither organize the work, nor help with the solution of the problem, nor build staff. In general, fu. I try to go there only if you need to get something. I use all other services in other departments.

The staff is rude, everything is very slow, in short, one word "Russian Post" After visiting them, visiting any transport and logistics company is just a pleasure. I will no longer (if possible) use their services.
