My father and I bought a car for my sister in November 2019. I live in St. Petersburg, and I was asked to help in choosing. I work and it is difficult to travel to Tula. Night on the train on Friday night after work week. I still couldn't sleep. I took mine to different car dealerships, Lada was considered immediately, because the budget. What we liked: 1) a spacious car dealership with a bunch of beautiful Russian cars. Everything looks no worse than my official VW dealer in St. Petersburg. 2) the batin killed in the trash by five (but on the move) was assessed positively and accepted for trade in for 1 ruble, but at a discount to the price of the new car. What did not like: 1) each action, for example, assigning a car for a test drive, calculating a loan, took up to three hours. That is, while you are standing, you really notice how the November sun moves across the floor. We came to the opening, left in the evening. After a sleepless night, it worked for me like "well, don't care, let's go quickly." This incapacitates vigilance. 2) we settled on x-ray, although I was behind a different brand car in a different showroom. We decided to take a car with a variator (bought for a girl), but without an ugly black rear bumper (bought, again, for a girl). When placing an order, I, with incapacitated vigilance, asked why AMT was written in the documents? The consultant said it was a variator. Never wait longer than 15 minutes! You will get tired, and then you will be vaped. There were no such combinations of bumpers and variators that year. At all. As a result, my sister has a car on a robot. At first it twitched, but it's okay for running, I guess. Now the following happens to her periodically: turn on the gear, press on the gas, the car stands still and after a while turns off the gear itself. This prompted me to write this review. The dealer found nothing on the diagnostics. Now I have to spend part of my vacation to help my sister and father solve the problem. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Terrible work under warranty and maintenance. First they say come under the guarantee we will change, as a result, after the second visit they say not a warranty case. Refuse their words when discussing the cause of the breakdown. Oil leak from them is everywhere a continuous misting. Do not go there. Horrible service.

We were lucky with the manager Mikhail and we bought a car under the family state program and trade-in. The service is not intrusive, but a calm and friendly approach to the client. The bank and insurance employees are quite decent, they answered all the questions. There is a buffet and a children's play area. For lunch there was a complex: pearl barley soup, rice with chicken chop, salad and compote, bread 3 slices. Delicious! Also assorted pastries and tea. The toilets are clean and have everything you need.

Car dealership liked bought exactly the car they wanted. The only negative was waiting one week longer.

They bought a car and set an anti-theft alarm. They bought a new car last year, and Sharkhan set the alarm for 14 years and without a PIN code, supposedly they are all like that, try the factory one. Until touched a situation where the signal was muffled, they could not use the machine for a day, remove it from the alarm, because they did not give a pin code, and allegedly did not fit the factory one. They don’t know anything in the cabin, a year goes by. Here's a divorce on the signalization for 20 k.
