I had to agree, because they did not know where to turn next and hoped for their literacy. We decided to start checking the farsocks. They themselves do not check and send it to another service for diagnostics (and the price doubled at once) the result of diagnostics that they are in working order and the machine should work (but it never worked). We decided to check the fuel pump, then something else began ... The shift ended and they left for two days off, and the other shift did not do the work of the previous brigade (and again, they knew that we were passing through, not local, and with 3 children and this it was the end of August) Alexander, who initially took our car, said that he would agree with another master so that others would not stand idle and hire us ... but he lied and did not even talk to another master, we phoned and agreed with Maxim , he took our car to work to check the fuel pump, as he wrote above, they do not do this work, but give it to others (and the price tag is doubled .... We all found out!) even the diagnostician himself called us and said, about the results of diagnostics .... And they were playing for time, and reported a day later. Tndv was in working order. After 5 days, as our car was in this service, they called that they collected everything back, the car started up. We arrived joyfully for our car, paid for the money, clarified what was the cause of the breakdown, they answered that they themselves did not understand ... but after driving 30 km from Tula, the car stalled again .... We got on the highway! Of course, we did not want to return to this service, we drove our car to our city. A little later, we received a call from this terrible service, and asked to evaluate the work of the service. We would put minus 5 if it were possible! They only care about the rating, not our problems with the cars! Several times they called and asked not to write a bad review. We do not recommend, if you do not want to waste time and money, look for another service !!!!!!!!
