Outwardly, everything looks at the level, but be prepared that you can be deceived as it happened to me. In April 2019, my tension belt in the Lancer 10 car broke. I arrived at the service in a tow truck. They replaced the tensioning mechanism + the belt itself (the rollers were not said to also need to be changed). All the pleasure cost 10 thousand. Time passed (1.5 years) and I needed to call again to the official dealer, but this time I drove into the Moscow office. I did all the necessary work and then I was told one secret. It turns out that the parts associated with the tension belt, the mechanisms and rollers of the Mitsubishi Motors change under warranty, at the expense of the manufacturer. In the same center, they changed 2 videos for me (completely free), and when they found out that they had withdrawn money from me in the Tula service center, they were surprised.This warranty program works already in 2014 and as I was told that they were obliged to change everything for free and if it was not SPTA then order them. Today I called Autoclass Plus, I was connected to the customer department and after listening to me they told me that they did everything right, they say, maybe I didn’t have original zips and belt, but this is not true. I have owned the car for 10 years already, I have not changed these units because they change when the car passes under 200 thousand, in addition, the Moscow dealer confirmed the originality of the videos. In general, everyone who will contact this auto center, try to find out whether your repair is under warranty, because in this center they will not tell you and will take you a fee, even if you do not have to pay. In addition, they will take another fee from the manufacturer, as they will write down that they did everything for free. Draw your own conclusions. Outwardly solid, internally hucksters from the 90s who can deceive.
