That's the place where the general manager organized savage beating of guests in August 2013. A group of armed thugs inflicted serious injuries on couple of dozen guests, resulting in broken ribs, broken jaws, broken arms, skull fractures, and concussions. Apparently, it all started when the general manager was sexually harassing a young female guest, other guests protected the woman from manager's aggressive sexual harassment, so he called the thugs to beat them up. Very nice place, quiet, by the river.

Very nice place, wonderful cottages. On the territory there are rabbits, peacocks, ostriches, huskies, with which you can walk. Each cottage has its own gazebo and barbecue. Very tasty and varied food in the cafe, we took full board and did not regret it. Descent to the Oka, wonderful views. We had a very good rest. Now about the cons. Unfortunately, the impression was spoiled by the fact that when we checked out we were counted three bundles of firewood, although we burned only two. Allegedly, there were five of them, which is not true (the bundle costs 250 rubles) and they tried to accuse them of missing several stacks (Ikeevsky, 15 rubles each). Therefore, attention, upon arrival at the cottage, take a hotel employee and count everything under the signature, if you do not want to pay for previous guests. The refrigerator smelled like fish. The first night was cool, 18 degrees indoors (November, outside minus three), then there were no complaints about the batteries, they were well heated. In general, I recommend it boldly, a good place, but you need to be careful.

Very quiet, calm.

No quiet rest happened. In the next cottage they screamed like cut-throats, listened to music until 3 am. And, unfortunately, the guards could not calm down. The guard came and asked not to interfere with the rest of the neighbors calmly, those ladies answered: yes she lives there crazy ... And then, when the guard left, one of the three girls left the gazebo and urinated right on the lawn.
