Courier Service Express

No delivery service has had such problems as this one. I ordered a parcel in the online store. On the appointed day and at the appointed time (from 18 to 23) the parcel was not delivered. The next day, the courier calls and, as if nothing had happened, declares that he will bring it now. I said that I was at work and would call back when I left home. At about 17 I called him back, but he replied that he was already finishing work and would not bring me anything. Contacting the hotline did not lead to anything. The courier said so - complain wherever you want. You have to cancel the order, and the MTS online store is advised to choose a normal delivery service.

Disgusting delivery service, 2 times changed the delivery date and 2 times did not deliver the parcel. I myself went to the warehouse and took it.
